Project schedule
The E2R II macro-planning is depicted in the following figure.
Based on the very good experience of the “project synchronisation” of E2R I, and in order to guarantee successful cross-workpackages interactions, three E2R II Project Synchronisations are defined at Month 6, 13, and 18, apart from the E2R II kick-off meeting (January 06). These face-to-face meetings will use inputs such as internal milestones, white papers, and deliverables. At these synchronisations, all workpackages will (1) Synchronise on important issues, strategic decisions, technological choices and (2) Generate documents resuming project orientations and workpackages status.
